Cafe Salsa is owned and operated by Tony Kelly Bullivant, both have had colourful and successful histories in the restaurant business. Cafe Salsa offers contemporary Pacific Rim cuisine and a few local delights from Rarotonga. Cafe Salsa is the home to Rarotonga's only wood fired pizza oven and uses only the freshest produce available.
