All private villas are individual, free-standing and have a separate bedroom, ensuite bathroom, kitchen, lounge, and covered verandah with views of the lagoon.

All Villas require a 3-night (consecutive) Minimum Stay.

Airport Transfers

We offer three choices of transfers from and back to the Rarotonga International Airport, and are happy to arrange these for you. These transfers are operated professionally by Raro Tours and Transfers who meet every incoming flight.

• Seat in coach $35.00 per person return
• Express arrival transfer $50.00 per person (seat in coach return)
• VIP transfer $85.00 per person return

Check-In / Check-Out

Normal Check-In time at Royale Takitumu is 2:00p and Check-Out time is 10:00a. An early Check-In may be available at 10:00a for flights arriving after 6:00a, for an additional fee. A late Check-Out may be available until 6:00p for late departures, for an additional fee. Both Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are based on availability and can only be confirmed directly with Royale Takitumu. If you require your Villa prior to 6:00a or after 6:00p, we highly recommend that you pre-book the additional night to ensure it is available to you. Please Contact Us for availability and rates.

Breakfast

If you desire a daily breakfast, a full Breakfast Basket can be delivered to your Villa daily. This basket includes fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee, cereals, bread, butter and spreads, and fresh seasonal tropical fruit. This Breakfast Basket is available at $35/day. Contact us to add this to your stay.

Mini-Bar

Looking for a fully-stocked mini-bar when you arrive? Royale Takitumu offers a mini-bar for purchase. The stocked mini-bar includes: one bottle of red or white wine, 6 bottles of imported beer, 6 assorted cans of soft drinks, 2 muesli bars, and 2 bags of potato chips. Stocked mini-bar cost is $80. Contact us to arrange for a stocked mini-bar.

Villas

Royale Takitumu will endeavor to hold on request specific Villas. However, we reserve the right to provide alternate Villas, in the same category or better, in order to accommodate other bookings.

Cancellations or Amendments

Please be aware of our Cancellation/amendment policy, which is as follows:

[a] Cancellations or amendments received more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less credit card administration fees
[b] Between 15-30 days prior to arrival: a fee of the relevant rate equal to 3 nights per 7 nights booked (or part thereof) will be charged
[c] Between 8-14 days prior to arrival: a fee of the relevant rate equal to 5 nights per 7 nights booked (or part thereof) will be charged
[d] Within 7 days prior to arrival date or no-show: 100% cancellation fee. Subject only to refund for any nights resold.
[e] No show – no refund

As unforeseen circumstances can require cancellations/amendments to be made, we recommend that guests arrange a suitable degree of travel insurance. Note: Group bookings subject to special conditions.
